Markerly × Murphy’s Naturals

Built for
life out there.

Real life. The right creators.
A strategy with a reason to belong.

From the creator work

Markerly was the agency behind Murphy’s Naturals’ influencer marketing program. We led the work end-to-end: strategy, creator selection, creative briefs, campaign management, paid amplification, and reporting.

The work put a simple idea into motion: a product belongs in someone’s feed when it belongs in their life. For Murphy’s Naturals, that life happens outside. Here’s a look at the thinking, the creator work, and the team connecting it all.

01 The strategic idea

Start with the life.
Give the product a place in it.

There’s a familiar moment before a family heads outdoors: finding the shoes, packing the bag, getting everyone ready. That moment gives a mosquito repellent a clear role. It is part of the preparation for something people already want to do.

The opportunity for Murphy’s Naturals was to connect its product to that experience. Creator content can make the connection tangible: a real person, an everyday routine, and a reason for the product to be there.

The outdoor moment
is the story.
The product helps it happen.

For Markerly, that means thinking about the person and the situation together. The creator brings a relationship with their audience. The setting gives the recommendation context. The brief connects both to the brand.

02 Inside the program

The whole program.
One team behind it.

Markerly owned all six parts of the influencer program. Explore how each responsibility fits into the work.

01 / Influencer strategy

Give the program a point of view.

Markerly led the influencer strategy for Murphy’s Naturals. Strategy gives the work its direction: who the brand needs to reach, what role creators can play, and how the product fits the story.

The connection: brand intent → a creator-led approach.

02 / Creator selection

Find the people who make it believable.

Markerly owned creator selection. A compelling fit is about more than a profile category. It is the relationship between a creator’s life, the audience’s interests, and the context in which a recommendation will make sense.

The connection: audience relevance → a credible voice.

03 / Creative briefs

Set the direction. Make room for a voice.

Markerly developed the creative briefs. A useful brief gives the creator a clear job while leaving space for their own storytelling. The product needs a recognizable role; the person telling the story needs to sound like themselves.

The connection: a brand objective → a story someone can tell.

04 / Campaign management

Carry the idea through to execution.

Markerly managed the influencer campaign. This is the connective work between an agreed direction and the content an audience eventually sees. Having one agency across strategy and management keeps the people doing the work close to the reason for it.

The connection: creative direction → coordinated delivery.

05 / Paid amplification

Give creator content another path to an audience.

Markerly also owned paid amplification for the influencer program. Paid distribution adds another way to put creator content in front of people, with creative and distribution considered as parts of the same program.

The connection: creator content → paid distribution.

06 / Reporting

Turning Results Into Next Steps

Markerly handled reporting. Measurement gives a team a way to examine what happened and inform what comes next. It closes the loop between the original objective, the work that ran, and the next set of decisions.

The connection: campaign activity → an informed next step.

What to look for

01

The familiar opening

A parent and child on a trail. The outdoor experience establishes the story before the product appears.

02

A role for the product

The film moves into preparing for time outside, placing Murphy’s Naturals in the routine.

03

A return to real life

The scene returns to a family spending time together outdoors. The experience carries the story forward.

This is a useful way to see the strategy at work. The setting, the person, and the product support the same idea. Viewers can understand where the brand belongs without leaving the creator’s world.

04 The story behind the story

You may have read about it.
Now you know who was behind it.

On September 10, 2026, Influencer Marketing Hub published an analysis of Murphy’s Naturals’ influencer strategy. It highlighted the connection between creator content and outdoor life. Markerly was not identified in that coverage.

This is our first-party account of the agency role: Markerly led the influencer program, from strategy through reporting. That distinction matters because the creator posts are the visible part of a larger body of work.

05 Behind the work

One idea.
One team all the way through.

Murphy’s Naturals partnered with Markerly to build and run its influencer program.

Markerly shaped the strategy, found the creators, wrote the briefs, managed the campaign, amplified the work, and brought the learning back through reporting.
